- By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
- All content on Debonairworld.com (text, images, designs, and branding) is the property of Debonair and cannot be used without prior permission.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services or policies at any time without prior notice.
- Orders may be declined or cancelled in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect information.
2. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is collected only for processing orders, providing customer support, and improving services. Information is never sold or misused. For details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Standard delivery timelines range from 3–8 business days depending on location.( you can request us prior for express delivery.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, logistical issues). Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.
- Order modifications can be requested before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to manual verification.
- In case of courier misplacement, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Return and replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.
- Reverse pickup is available in most locations; if unavailable, customers may send the product to us and courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt.
- Replacements are provided free of cost which includes reverse pickup and then delivery.
- Refunds are provided for damaged, or misdescribed products.
- For returns related to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), shipping and payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Warranty
- All Debonair products come with 1 year standard warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
- Customers can avail an additional 1 year extended warranty by registering their product on Debonairworld.com within the specified period.
- Warranty covers internal defects, malfunctions, or failures caused by manufacturing issues.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water/moisture exposure, or normal wear and tear.
- To claim warranty, customers must register their product and email hello@debonairworld.com with their Order ID and issue details (photos/videos if required).
- Our team will respond within 48 hours and arrange pickup if required.
- Repairs are typically completed within 7–15 days. In cases requiring unavailable parts, resolution may take up to 45 days.
- If a product cannot be repaired or replaced, Debonair will provide an alternative product of equal or similar value.
6. Payments & Refund Deductions
- Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
- Refunds requested before dispatch are allowed, subject to a 3.18% deduction for gateway charges.
- COD orders may be cancelled if verification fails or if the order is deemed non-genuine.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Debonair is not responsible for delivery delays, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Product performance is subject to manufacturer specifications.
- In no case shall our liability exceed the total value of the product purchased.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Amritsar courts.
