Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy:-

2. Reverse Pickup Facility

  • For most serviceable pin codes, we provide a free reverse pickup facility through our courier partners.
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may ship the product back to us. Courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid shipping receipt (subject to reasonable limits).

3. Refunds, Replacements & Store Credits

  • Defective / Damaged Products
    • If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or not working as intended, customers can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incorrect or Misdescribed Products
    • If the product received is not as described or differs from the order placed, customers are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Returns for Non-Defective Reasons (e.g., change of mind, personal preference)
    • Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping charges and payment gateway fees.
    • The product must be returned in unused condition, as mentioned above.
  • Store Credits Option
    • In certain cases, customers may opt for store credits instead of a refund. Store credits can be used for any future purchase on Debonairworld.com or Dealcliq.com.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what was ordered, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted, as courier claims cannot be processed beyond this timeframe.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credits (as per customer preference).

6. Product Inspection Tips

  • We strongly recommend that you inspect the product at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure you retain all packaging materials, as they are required for a successful return.
