- For most serviceable pin codes, we provide a free reverse pickup facility through our courier partners.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may ship the product back to us. Courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid shipping receipt (subject to reasonable limits).
3. Refunds, Replacements & Store Credits

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what was ordered, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted, as courier claims cannot be processed beyond this timeframe.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated after successful inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds are usually processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credits (as per customer preference).
